Family & Couples Therapy
Relationships can be one of our greatest sources of strength and sometimes, our greatest source of pain.
I use the Gottman Method to support couples and families to:
Improve communication and trust
Manage conflict and emotional intensity
Reconnect after trauma, infidelity, or stress
I am also experienced in supporting families with a young person struggling with an eating disorder. I am trained to provide Family-Based Treatment (FBT) and Adolescent & Parent Treatment (APT).
All genders, orientations, and family structures are welcome.
$245 per 60-minute session
Available in person (Herne Bay, Auckland) and online via video call.
3
Neurodiversity Support
Being neurodivergent in a world designed for neurotypical people can be exhausting. I offer coaching, psychoeducation, and screening support for ADHD and autism, grounded in both professional and lived experience.
We might explore:
-
Emotional regulation and burnout
-
Executive function and self-management
-
Masking, identity, and authenticity
-
Relationships and communication
This is not a diagnostic service — though I can support with screening, referrals, and reports to guide formal assessment pathways.
$210 per 50-minute session
Available in person (Herne Bay, Auckland) and online nationwide via video call.

Supervision can cover:
