My name is Harriet (she/her) and I am from New Zealand. I grew up in Auckland and have since travelled the world meeting people and experiencing many different ways of life.

For the past 12 years I have been working with young people, adults and their families to support them with physical and mental health challenges. I provide mental health support and treatment in person and via Zoom.

I bring a wide range of experience and I can't wait to share that with you. 


I take a collaborative, transparent approach focused on your goals. It is really important to me to work alongside you to establish a safe space to explore your difficulties. I am compassionate, non-judgmental and we will work at your pace.

I have worked with a wide range of people facing a wide variety of challenges. In particular I have experience working with people experiencing anxiety, low mood, depression, life transitions, PTSD and eating disorders.


I also have experience working alongside, and supporting people who are exploring their gender and sexuality. 

I use a range of models of treatment including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy Skills (DBT), DBT Prolonged Exposure (DBTPE), Family Therapy Techniques, Gottman Couples Therapy and specific treatment for Anorexia Nervosa.
