About Me
Over the past 12 years I have worked in a wide range of settings from charities, to public health services and private health services. I have worked with people from all walks of life and I love the diversity and challenge this brings to my work.
Some of the highlights of my experience are:
I am a Registered Nurse with the New Zealand Nursing council and I hold a Bachelor of Nursing from Auckland University of Technology.
I hold a post-graduate certificate in Advanced Nursing Practice, specialising in Child, Adolescent & Family Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from the University of Auckland. I currently studying towards a Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy.
I have worked with South Auckland Mental Health Crisis teams, the Auckland Regional Eating Disorder Service and the Auckland Regional Youth Gender Health Service.

I have volunteered for a range of service including domestic violence services and the Ronald McDonald House.
I have set up and managed social projects in the NGO sector for the reduction of stigma surrounding mental health.
